The Registered User screen allows you to pick which option you wish to run

• Add / Remove Folders, this allows you to change your backup profile
• Backup, this allows you to perform a manual backup
• Restore, this allows you to restore files which you have stored in The Elephant
• Change Membership Details, allows you to update The Elephant with changes in your details
• View Logs, this allows you to view the details of your backups and restores
• Exit
